In response to the recent monsoon rains and severe urban flooding, Changan Pakistan has announced a special service campaign for customers. In a social media post, Changan is offering up to 50% off labor charges for rain-related vehicle repairs, aiming to ease the financial burden on affected car owners.
Who Can Avail the Discount?
The discount is exclusively for Changan and Deepal vehicles that sustained damage during the current monsoon season.
Offer Conditions
- Applies only to labor costs; spare parts are excluded.
- Maximum benefit capped at Rs. 30,000 per vehicle.
- Valid until 31st August 2025, after which the campaign will end.
Karachi’s Flooding Crisis
Karachi has been battered by record-breaking monsoon rains, with rainfall reaching 163.5 mm near the airport (the highest since 1979) and 178 mm in northeast Karachi (a five-year station record). According to Reuters, the city’s outdated drainage system—built to handle only 40 mm of rainfall- was quickly overwhelmed. The result was widespread flooding, vehicles submerged in waterlogged streets, and severe transport disruptions.

Changan customers in Karachi can visit authorized service centers before 31st August 2025 to benefit from this relief program.
