Karachi, October 20, 2025 — Master Changan Motors Limited has introduced its “Changan Certified” Used Car Program in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Sialkot, aimed at bringing greater structure and transparency to Pakistan’s pre-owned vehicle market.
The initiative establishes a standardized process for buying, selling, and exchanging used vehicles through authorized dealerships. Each car undergoes a 209-point inspection and comes with a verified service history and limited warranty coverage.
The company stated that the program is designed to make transactions more straightforward by offering a centralized platform for vehicle trade-ins, purchases, and sales. Customers can complete the process at Changan dealerships with on-the-spot payment and access to delivery and exchange options.
Changan Certified also incorporates the brand’s service history database to verify vehicle details and reduce misinformation in the used car market. Planned additions include a customer mobile app, digital inspection reports, and an online auction feature to expand accessibility.
According to Master Changan Motors CEO Danial Malik, the program represents an effort to formalize and professionalize the used car sector by integrating transparency and standardized procedures into the resale process.
With this initiative, Changan joins a limited number of automakers in Pakistan offering an official certified used car platform. The company expects the program to help support resale value, encourage trade-ins, and build stronger customer relationships.
