Dongfeng Box EV | All Variants Comparison
Just two months earlier, GUGO Motors decided to introduce the Box car, a compact all-electric hatchback priced at 7.7 million for the top-spec trim. GUGO, you might be hearing this brand name for the first time, but they are not new in the market. In 2024, the same brand introduced the GUGO GIGI, a tiny dinky hatchback; in February 2024, they introduced the Box model. Now, Dongfeng, the original manufacturer of Nammi, has also introduced the same model in Pakistan today with the same model name “Box”. This doesn’t mean that GUGO has disowned the Box, they are still selling it, but Dongfeng is also on it.
Box from the Dongfeng side, its trim names are changed, and the pricing is changed as well:

- FLAGSHIP 430: 6.8 million

Electric Motor and Range
The LUX 430 and Flagship 430 both share a 70 kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) with 430 km of CLTC range. They use the same Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery with a 42.3 kWh capacity and support fast DC charging from 0–80% in about 30 minutes. Maximum speed, motor layout (front-wheel drive), and performance figures are also identical, making them equally capable on the road.

Interior
Flagship 430 provides additional comforts such as powered seat adjustment and heated/ventilated front seats, while the LUX 430 lacks these premium options. The Flagship also comes equipped with a 6-speaker setup, offering richer audio compared to the 4-speaker arrangement in the LUX.

The main difference lies in the wheels: the LUX 430 comes with 16-inch rims, whereas the Flagship 430 gets 17-inch alloy wheels, enhancing its road presence.

Safety and ADAS
The distinction emerges in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS): the Flagship 430 adds Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keep Assist, and Traffic Sign Recognition, all absent on the LUX 430.
