Earlier in the year, the Nishat–Chery collaboration introduced electric SUVs — the Jaecoo J6 and the Omoda E5. Now, a new entrant, Capital Smart Motors (CSM), is preparing to expand the EV lineup and bring fresh competition to the electric segment. The company is set to launch Pakistan’s first electric pickup truck, the Riddara RD6.

Exterior Highlights – Style and Design
Riddara RD6 blends modern styling with practical utility. At the front, it carries a clean grille highlighted by illuminated “RIDDARA” lettering, while LED headlights, daytime running lights, and full LED taillights give it a sharp, contemporary look.
For convenience, the RD6 is equipped with side pedals, a trailer hook, and a tailgate pull-out ladder to make loading and towing easier. An Aluminium roof luggage rack further expands cargo space, while a sunroof with a curtain adds a touch of comfort and openness.
The truck rides on Aluminium alloy wheels offered in 235/65R17 and 235/60R18 sizes, supported by a 145/80R18 spare tire for peace of mind. With its mix of rugged features and modern design, the RD6 stands out as a versatile and stylish electric pickup.
Interior – Luxury And Comfort Inside
The Riddara RD6 offers a well-equipped interior that balances technology, comfort, and convenience.
At the center of the cabin is a 10.2-inch full LCD instrument panel paired with a 14.6-inch floating central control system, providing drivers with modern digital displays and infotainment. The system supports Apple CarPlay, ensuring smartphone connectivity on the go.
For driving comfort, the RD6 is built with a suspension system optimized for stability, complemented by an EPS electric power steering system for smoother handling. Entry and security are enhanced through a smart key and keyless entry system, adding convenience for daily use.
Seating options vary by trim. The base variant comes with fabric seats, while the three upper variants are equipped with premium leather upholstery.
The driver benefits from a 6-way powered adjustable seat, while the front passenger seat is available with either 4-way manual adjustment or 6-way powered adjustment, depending on the variant.
Exterior mirrors are power-adjustable, foldable, and equipped with a heated defrost function for clearer visibility in adverse weather.
Inside, practical features such as a cargo trunk light and automatic wipers add further convenience. The cabin is also fitted with a leather steering wheel for a premium feel.
Climate control is handled by an automatic dual-zone air conditioning system, with additional heating and rear air conditioning vents for passenger comfort. For safety and ease of use, the RD6 includes one-touch anti-pinch powered windows for all four doors and a child safety lock for the rear doors.
