Cholistan Desert Rally 2023 was concluded this weekend, and we have received the name of winners of all prepared and stock categories. Over 500 drivers, including foreigners, took part in the race, completing 500 kilometer-long track.
Prepared “A” Category
Faisal Shadikhel won this category as he completed the track in 3 hours, 59 minutes, and 3 seconds. Zain Mehmood was the runner-up, who crossed the finishing line in 3 hours, 59 minutes, and 9 seconds. In the third position, Asif Fazal Chaudhry completed the race in 4 hours, 4 minutes, and 2 seconds.
Prepared “B” Category
Jam Kamal Khan emerged as the winner of this category after completing the race in 4 hours, 2 minutes, and 25 seconds. Meanwhile, Asad Shadikhel took the second position as he finished the track in 4 hours, 20 minutes, and 36 seconds. The third position was grabbed by Shehryar Shadikhel, who crossed the line after 4 hours, 27 minutes, and 57 seconds.
Prepared “C” Category
Zaheer Hussain Shah was the winner, reaching the finishing line in 4 hours, 25 minutes, and 59 seconds. The runner-up was Hammal Hoth, who ended the race in 4 hours, 39 minutes, and 19 seconds. Last but not least, Falaksher Khan reached the final mark in 4 hours, 41 minutes, and 26 seconds.
Prepared “D” Category
The winner of this category was Shakil Ahmad Burchundi, who completed the track in 4 hours, 27 minutes, and 17 seconds. Umer Iqbal Kanju was declared the runner-up after he crossed the finishing line in 4 hours, 30 minutes, and 16 seconds. The final driver on the podium in this category was Zafar Balouch, who completed the race in 4 hours, 31 minutes, and 40 seconds.
Women Prepared
Rashida Sultan won this category as she finished the race in 1 hour, 56 minutes, and 54 seconds. The runner-up was Mahum Shiraz, who completed the track in 2 hours, 22 minutes, and 45 seconds.
Stock “A” Category
Taimorr Khawaja was declared the winner of this category after he finished the race in 2 hours, 16 minutes, and 26 seconds. The runner-up was Hassan Ali Magsi, who reached the final point in 2 hours, 16 minutes, and 51 seconds. Aqeel Ahmad was in the third position as he completed the race in 2 hours, 17 minutes, and 56 seconds.
Stock “B” Category
Bismillah Magsi was declared the winner as he completed the race in 2 hours, 16 minutes, and 4 seconds. In the second position, it was Rashid Ali finished the track in 2 hours, 22 minutes, and 30 seconds. And last but not least, it was Sultan Bahadar Aziz after he reached the final point in 2 hours, 23 minutes, and 30 seconds.
Stock “C” Category
The winner of this category was Dawood Abbasi after he reached the finishing line in 2 hours, 35 minutes, and 40 seconds. Hasnain-ul-Haq grabbed the second position after he completed the race in 2 hours, 44 minutes, and 42 seconds. Malik Babar Ijaz got the third position and finished the race in 2 hours, 48 minutes, and 59 seconds.
Stock “D” Category”
Falaksher Bloch was declared the winner of this category as he finished the race in 2 hours, 30 minutes, and 37 seconds. The runner-up was Jameel Ahmadani, who completed the track in 2 hours, 34 minutes, and 44 seconds. And the third driver on the podium was Noor Nabi Shami, who reached the final spot in 2 hours, 35 minutes, and 20 seconds.
Women Stock
Rubab Hayar was declared the winner of this category after she ended the race in 1 hour, 23 minutes, and 40 seconds. At the second position, Dina Rohinton Patel completed the track in 2 hours, 5 minutes, and 14 seconds.
