A New Route for People’s Bus Service
Sindh transport division, at last, started taking steps to improve local transport in Karachi–Pakistan’s major transport hub.
Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon announced on Tuesday that the Sindh transport service has come up with a new route for People’s Bus Service in Karachi.
Stretched 20 kilometers between Shireen Jinnah colony and Meer Naka Lyari, the new route goes through Boat basin, Mai Kolachi, native Jetty, and Mauripur Road.
Earlier, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah directed to rehabilitate the routes connected to People’s Bus Service. He also allocated 1.5 billion rupees to repair all seven routes and ordered the transport division and local government department to complete the restoration in a swift manner.
This a good move, but a question arise will the drive be a woman too ?
