The federal government has announced revised fuel prices for the fortnight starting August 16, 2025, following recommendations from the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and relevant ministries.
According to the Finance Division’s notification, the diesel prices (high-speed diesel) has been reduced significantly by Rs 12.84 per litre, bringing it down from Rs 285.83 to Rs 272.99. Petrol prices remain unchanged at Rs 264.61 per litre, maintaining the same rate set in the August 1 review.
