Is Suzuki Every Launch Near? Here is the Update
Not for the first time in the last year or so, the news about the arrival of Suzuki Every is circulating on different platforms and news outlets. Similar rumors spread the previous year in December 2022, but our sources confirmed that the launch of locally assembled Suzuki Every is nowhere near. Like before, we cross-checked these reports, and this is what our reliable sources and company insiders told us.
Launch of Suzuki Every Soon?
As per our sources, the initial plan of Pak Suzuki was to launch Every in the first or maximum quarter of 2023. “As it is a new product for the company involving different vendors, but LCs issue has caused major delays,” the source told us.
However, he mentioned that there is new hope regarding the launch of CKD Suzuki Every, and the company is planning to launch the car in 2023, but there is nothing official. “The company is quite serious regarding this launch, and it shared the same sentiments in a recently held Suzuki dealers conference,” the source mentioned.
It means that Pak Suzuki is working quite steadily to launch this MPV this year, but the LCs issue and other economic factors will play a major role. In short, we can hope for the launch of Every by the end of this year or the start of next. We just have to keep our fingers crossed.
Pak Suzuki displayed the CBU unit of Every during PAPS 2022, hinting at the launch of its locally assembled unit. However, the unstable economic conditions, a ban on imports and non-issuance of LCs, and volatile foreign exchange rates have caused serious hits to the local auto industry. The companies are hoping for better days in the near future to launch their new products in Pakistan and go back to the good old days.
