KARACHI – Terra Motors, a prominent Japanese electric mobility company, has officially entered Pakistan’s transport market with the launch of its flagship Kyoro electric three-wheeler, Business Recorder reported. The move reflects the company’s wider strategy of strengthening its footprint across South Asia and Africa.

The Kyoro has been introduced as a versatile solution for both urban passengers and last-mile delivery operators. Its design combines efficiency, speed, and affordability, making it a strong contender in the country’s evolving electric vehicle landscape.

Key Features of the Kyoro:

  • Speed & Range: Capable of over 55 km/h with a maximum range of 200 km on a single charge.

  • Battery Power: Equipped with an 11.7 kWh battery for reliable performance.

  • Gearbox Advantage: A two-speed gearbox ensures smoother acceleration and enables climbing slopes of up to 22 percent.

  • Charging Efficiency: Fully charges in just four hours.

  • Cost Effectiveness: Low running costs provide an affordable option for individuals and businesses.

Go Suzuki, Managing Director of Terra Motors Corporation, underscored the company’s commitment to transforming Pakistan’s urban mobility. He said the Kyoro would not only reduce dependency on fossil fuels but also contribute to job creation and a cleaner environment.
