So, after a rumor narrating “Corolla Cross Hybrid” coming earlier than expected, there is another piece of news wandering around the market that Pakistan Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) is gearing up to start work on its minivan  Suzuki EVERY.

Again, we investigated the news, and our reliable sources have called it a “rumor.” Sources have confirmed that the company’s upcoming launch would probably be a CKD EVERY. Since the project is in the research phase, there is no final plan – it may arrive at the end of 2023 or the first half of 2024.

Sources have further informed that how can one expect the new vehicle to come to market when closed LCs by the State bank of Pakistan and prevailing economic uncertainty has hindered the production of even existing vehicles.

Earlier at the Pakistan Auto Show (PAS), the company officials revealed that the company would launch the vehicle will be launched in the third quarter of 2023, but economic fuss has reversed the fortunes. It is pertinent to mention that 11-generation EVERY is a CBU unit sold in the country whilst the CKD is on the cards.

Booking Opens for All Suzuki Cars

The past few months have been crucial for the local automobile industry, given the prevailing economic downturn laced with import restrictions imposed by the State Bank of Pakistan. Import embargo urged the automakers to announce back-to-back production cuts and booking suspensions, which in turn led to low sales and a slump in profit charts.

Pakistan Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) was among the car companies facing the same fate. However, in a bid to bring things on track, the company has resumed the bookings for all cars. Earlier, Pak Suzuki announced the same, but for corporate customers restrained to the confined numbers of units and models.
