Suzuki Revealed New Models of GD110S and GS150
Pak Suzuki has just revealed new models of GS150 and GD110s. Now, if you’re picturing some major mechanical changes or fresh upgrades, stop right there. Suzuki hasn’t done any of that. Instead, the company has been taking notes from Atlas Honda, masters of sticker innovation. Instead, they’ve taken inspiration from Atlas Honda. In simpler terms, Suzuki’s “new” launch involves nothing more than redesigned stickers for both motorcycles.
GS150 & GD110s Stickers Innovation
Let’s start with the GS150. Previously, this bike had a sticker theme dominated by blue and white. On the tank, there was Suzuki’s simple “S” logo. But Suzuki thought riders needed more excitement. So, they swapped the blue color for red, which represents “sportiness, speed, and aggression”. Now, to ensure that you don’t forget it’s a Suzuki bike, the company has replaced the “S” logo on the tank with the complete spelling “SUZUKI” on the new stickers.
Moving on to the GD110S, the changes are so tiny that we had to open side-by-side images on the computer, stare at them for a good 10 minutes, and only then figure out what Suzuki had actually changed. Previously, the GD110S came with stickers featuring a red-and-white color theme; now, the white color has been reduced in the new stickers. Another attention to detail is the “GD” writing on the bottom of the fuel tank. Earlier, the letter “D” in “GD” was placed so it became half-hidden behind the red and white lines. Now, Suzuki’s design team, probably after many serious meetings, has moved the “D” slightly upward. It’s now overlapping the red line, making the “GD” lettering fully readable at.
To put this all in simpler terms: Suzuki’s new launch essentially boils down to changing stickers and adjusting letters by millimeters. No changes to the engines. No tweaks in comfort. Not even new colors or small mechanical improvements. Pak Suzuki is determined to follow Atlas Honda’s proven formula of selling sticker updates as new models.
For anyone waiting patiently for a meaningful upgrade, better luck next year. For now, the Suzuki GS150 and GD110S remain exactly the same bikes underneath, stickered up just enough to catch a few eyes on the road. Nothing more, nothing less.
