Prices of Suzuki Every Increased by Rs.166,200
Pak Suzuki has revised the prices of its vehicle lineup effective July 1, 2025, following changes introduced in the federal budget. Among the affected models, Suzuki Every has emerged as one of the most impacted, with a steep increase in its retail price.
The company issued a formal notice on July 2 to all authorized dealerships across Pakistan, confirming that new taxation measures have led to the updated prices. These changes come in the wake of the government’s decision to raise the General Sales Tax (GST) on all cars equal to or lower than 850cc and apply an additional NEV (New Energy Vehicle) levy on specific categories of cars.
Every Price Rises by Rs. 166,200
Here’s the old and new price of Every:

Model | Grade | Current Retail Price | Revised Retail Price | Difference |
EVERY
|
VX | 2,749,000 | 2,912,230 | 163,230 |
VXR | 2,799,000 | 2,965,200 | 166,200 |
Unlike other models such as the Swift and Cultus, which received a modest hike of around Rs. 40,490 – Rs. 47,190, Every has been hit with a much larger jump. The key reason is the government’s new taxation criteria for smaller engine (850cc) cars.
Dual Tax Hit on Small Engine Vehicles
In the 2025–26 budget, the government increased the GST from 12.5% to 18% on cars with engine capacities up to 850cc. Additionally, the NEV adoption levy was applied across the board. Since Suzuki Every falls into the 660cc category, it is affected by both the GST hike and NEV adoption levy. Larger engine vehicles like Swift and Cultus are only subject to the NEV tax, not the GST revision. In contrast, Ravi, although it has an 800cc engine, already has an 18% GST rate as it falls under the commercial category.
Since Suzuki Every can accommodate seven passengers, it serves as an alternative to those who cannot afford upper-segment MPVs or SUVs. However, this dual taxation has significantly increased the cost of ownership for the Every.
