Today we’re back with a walkaround review of the Toyota Corolla Grande 2015, which is listed in our Sell it For Me service. It came in several variants, which included three engine options. This top-of-the-line Altis Grande variant comes with a 1.8-liter engine producing 138hp and 173Nm of torque configured with a 7-speed CVT transmission.
Salient Features
The Corolla Grande comes with a list of features, including leather seats with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, paddle shifters, an analogue instrument cluster with a MID display, retractable side mirrors, rain sensing wipers, cruise control, navigation system along with a sunroof. Safety features include 2 airbags, ABS brakes along with EBD.
Exterior
This is the pre-facelift Grande which came with front halogen lights, and a chrome front grille compared to a black grill in lower variants. It has company-fitted fog lamps along with 15-inch alloy wheels; at the rear, the car has partial LED tail lamps, while a sunroof is also offered in this variant. The overall exterior condition is visually very clean, but it has an inspection rating of 56 percent due to some scratches and minor faults.
Interior
Overall interior condition is good and is rated at 85 percent according to our inspection report. There is some wear and tear on the steering wheel and seats, but overall, the interior is in good shape, considering the car is almost 7 years old.
Suspension
The Corolla is known for its soft suspension, which gives a comfortable ride even on rough terrains. Although this specific car’s suspension has some wear and tear of the Z link and the front bushes, which is mentioned in the inspection report.
AC performance
The car is equipped with a single zone analogue AC and performs well. According to its inspection report, the AC has no faults and is rated at 100 percent.
