Yadea T5 Gets Power & Feature Upgrades — No Price Change
Years ago, Yadea Pakistan entered the electric scooter market at a time when the industry was still in its early stages. As the sector has rapidly evolved, with new companies joining the fray, Yadea has consistently updated its models to meet consumer needs and stay ahead of the competition. This commitment to innovation and adaptability is a testament to our reliability and forward-thinking approach.
The same applies to the Yadea T5. For 2025, according to company officials, Yadea has introduced upgrades to both its power and features, aiming to improve performance and everyday usability. Interestingly, these changes come without any price increase.
The Upgrades
Performance Enhancement
The updated T5 features a 1200W motor with a peak output of 2100W, enabling it to reach a top speed of 57 km/h. This means you can enjoy a faster and more thrilling ride. It offers two riding modes: ECO mode for extended range and Sports mode for maximum performance, giving you the flexibility to choose the mode that suits your needs.
Practical Features
The T5, with its 700 mm seat height and a 360 mm wide footboard, is designed to accommodate a range of riders. The 26-liter under-seat storage compartment is spacious enough to hold a helmet, groceries, or other essentials, ensuring you have everything you need for your journey. The scooter also comes equipped with matrix LED headlights, a digital dashboard, remote start, anti-theft alarm, and hazard lights, all designed to enhance your safety and convenience.
The upgraded 6PR tubeless tires are built for improved durability and better grip on uneven or damaged roads, providing a smoother and safer ride experience. This upgrade is particularly beneficial for those who frequently ride on challenging terrains.
Energy Efficiency
The scooter uses regenerative braking, a feature that recovers some energy during braking and feeds it back into the battery. This extends the scooter range but also reduces the overall energy consumption, making it a more cost-effective and eco-friendly choice.
Its 72V 25Ah Graphene battery requires about 2 units of electricity for a full charge, translating to roughly Rs. 1 per kilometer. For comparison, a petrol-powered motorcycle costs around Rs. 8 per kilometer to run.
