It appears Toyota Indus Motors has held a soft launch event for the upcoming 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Soft launch usually means only dealers are invited to the event with limited press presence. Photos first surfaced on PakWheels Facebook Community posted by one of our members. Below are the photos of the hybrid Camry from the supposed launch event.
There is a high chance the car is imported directly from Japan since the car is not launched in Thailand yet. It is important to mention it here since Toyota Pakistan takes its cues from Toyota Thailand. But if this car is all Japanese, it is also important to mention here that it will be only available with a hybrid drivetrain since there is no regular gasoline-powered (non-hybrid) Camry in Japan.
And if it is a JDM Camry, it is expected it will come with a 2487cc engine, and the car will make around 210 BHP. The premium grade Camry will also come with panoramic sunroof. We will get you more details as soon they are available.
The rumored prices are as follows:
Camry Hybrid (premium grade): Rs. 8,499,000/- ex factory
Camry Hybrid (base grade): Rs. 8,299,000/- ex factory

- Platinum Pearl white
- Dark Blue
- Attitude Black
- Steel Blonde
- Emotional Red
