Tesla to Parachute itself into the Pakistani Automobile Market – Literally
It seems Elon Musk, the full-time Twitterati and owner of Tesla has inherited the spirit of the deceased, flying Wright Bros. In a first, he has announced the launch of a flying Tesla and not in the US, Canada, China or Russia but in PAKISTAN. Yes, folks let that sink in – P.A.K.I.S.T.A.N.
And as always, he announced this biggest automotive news of the century (at least for us Pakistanis it is news of the century) on Twitter.
Now don’t be surprised if Ahsan Iqbal claims that Musk had made these plans while Noon League was in the office. Also, expect Fawad Chaudhry to claim this as another sign of Naya Pakistan in making. Naya or Puraana Pakistan, the fact remains that we will soon be seeing Tesla whizzing past by us. How cool!
By announcing flying cars for Pakistan, Musk has truly proven himself to be a seer – after all, what would have been a traditional Tesla’s road clearance on the streets of Lahore or Karachi, for that matter? By giving proverbial wings to his cars, Musk has simply denied the Force of Gravity its due effect on his car’s underbelly.
Now the two questions that should be bubbling in your inquisitive minds right now – what will be the price of this Flying Tesla in Pakistan and second and most importantly, what is today?
Happy April 1st PakWheelers! This post was to cheer you up from last night’s “petrol bomb”.
Stay blessed!
