The Federal Government of Pakistan has increased the price of petrol by Re1 per liter.
The prices will be applicable from the 1st of November 2019. Note here that the price of high-speed diesel has also been increased by 27-paisa per liter. However, on the other hand, the price of kerosene oil has been decreased by Rs2.39 per liter and that of light-speed diesel has been decreased by Rs6.56 per liter as well.
The new prices are as follows:
Petrol: Rs114.24
High-speed diesel: Rs.127.41
Light-speed diesel: Rs. 85.33
Kerosene oil: Rs. 97.18
The previous prices are below:
Petrol: Rs.113.24
High-speed diesel: Rs.127.14
Light-speed diesel: Rs.91.89
Kerosene oil: Rs.99.57
It is imperative to note here that the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) recommended the Finance Ministry to increase the price of petrol by PKR 1 per liter.
