And the wait is finally over, as Suzuki Bolan with AC is here. However, there are some doubts about which we will discuss in this article. Anyways, if you remember, we told you that Pak Suzuki is all set to bring back the “AC wala Dabba”. Back in September 2021, the news of Suzuki Bolan coming with AC made serious waves in the local auto industry and people were excited for it.

Although there were conflicting reports as Suzuki company confirmed the news while dealerships were not sure about it. Here are some pictures of this “AC wala Suzuki Bolan.”

Price of Suzuki Bolan AC

According to the dealerships, the price of this vehicle is Rs. 1,265,000. In comparison, the current price of Suzuki Bolan VX Euro II is Rs. 1,178,000. It means the price has been increased by Rs. 87,000.

Delivery Time

We asked from different dealerships of Suzuki and they gave different delivery times. As per one dealership, you can receive the AC Bolan on the spot, while the other dealerships said the delivery time is 2 months.

Some Conflicting News

According to some of our sources, the said pictures are not original rather they are aftermarket. It means that these pictures are not from factory rather some one had done it individually. However, it is confirmed that Bolan with AC is coming within next few days.

Not the First Time

And Suzuki Bolan with AC is not new variant because Suzuki launched it with this feature a few years ago. However, the AC Bolan failed in the local market; hence, it was discontinued. As per details, that variant faced issues like overheating, no cooling, and low pick. Further, AC Bolan comes with an 800cc engine, and we all know AC’s performance on this engine in Suzuki Mehran. So, we don’t think that it will be a great step by Suzuki to reintroduce AC in this vehicle because it will not perform well on this engine size.

As mentioned earlier, the last Bolan AC variant was not a success in Pakistan. So, keep your fingers crossed and hope that Suzuki will introduce an efficient AC this time.

We used to own a Bolan back in 96, it was in our ownership until 2003, the vehicle at the time of sale had 96,000 kilometers on its odometer. It was a pleasant experience, the only issue that we suffered was failure of fuel pump within one month in its delivery, other than that it did fine. I remember well my father along with couple other people loading a Waves 15cuft Triplet in it, the vehicle sustained well in its entire drive toward Korangi.

In the world they have teams of bored engineers who are given some company resources to play around and they come up with world shattering ideas. At Pak Suzuki they come up with toilet bowl shattering ideas.
