Honda Bike Prices Increased by Whopping Rs. 25,000

The recent aggressive slump of Rupee against US dollar recorded a new economic low. The local bike and car assemblers aggravated the price hike series. Following the car makers, Atlas Honda has announced a second price jump in last 20 days. Earlier on February 15, 2023, the company did the same – increase bike prices.

As per the company’s notification, the new prices will be implemented from March 03, 2023.

New Honda Bike Prices

  • Honda CD 70 will now cost Rs. 144,900 after an increase of Rs. 7,000. The bike’s old rate was Rs. 137,900.
  • Honda CD 70 Dream will now cost Rs. 155,500 against the old rate of Rs. 147,500. The bike saw an increase of Rs. 8,600.
  • The new price of Honda Pridor is Rs. 190,500 against the old rate of Rs. 181,500. The bike saw an increase of Rs. 9,000.
  • Then comes the second most famous bike of the company, Honda CG 125. Its price has been increased by Rs. 9,000, taking the rate to Rs. 214,900 compared to the old price of Rs. 205,900.
  • Then we have Honda CG 125 SE. After observing an increase of Rs. 12,000, it will now cost Rs. 255,900 instead of Rs. 243,900.
  • Honda CB 125F saw an increase of Rs. 20,000, taking the bike’s rate to Rs. 350,900 from 330,900.
  • Honda CB 150F new price is Rs. 443,900 compared to the old rate of Rs. 418,900, meaning it also saw a jump of Rs. 25,000.
  • The last one is CB 150F SE, with a hike of Rs. 25,000. The bike’s new rate has reached Rs. 447,900 compared to the previous price of Rs. 422,900۔

As mentioned earlier, this is the second price hike within last 20 days, further shattering the purchasing power of inflation stricken middle class. Along with car prices, the bikes considered to be the masses’ ride-are going out of the reach of the common person.
