After the exciting victory of Pakistan Supreme League (PSL) 7, the CEO of Lahore Qalandars gifted cars to the shining stars of his team. Opener Fakhar Zaman and fast bowler Haris Rauf were both gifted brand new cars at Government College University, Lahore, during a meet and greet.
Earlier, Shaheen Afridi was also gifted a car for his outstanding performance. The special thing about these cars is the personalized number plates. The one gifted to Haris Rauf has the number plate “Haris 150,” and Fakhar Zaman’s reads “Fakhar 39”. The one gifted to Shaheen Afridi has a number plate stating “Afridi 10”.
Haris Rauf got a new black Honda Civic 2022, while Fakhar Zaman has been gifted a white Honda City. Shaheen Afridi got a new Revo Rocco in black. Haris and Fakhar received their cars at Government College University, Lahore, where a meet and greet with fans had been organized in collaboration with Punjab Food Authority.
The Chief Executive Officer of Lahore Qalandars, Atif Rana, expressed his desire to take the utmost care of the players. Regarding the lavish gifts, he said
“The players of Lahore Qalandars play with passion, and it is very important to take care of them.”
The meet and greet at GCU was a success. Shaheen, Zaman, and Rauf, along with the Lahore Qalandars management, were given a warm welcome. The students of GCU interacted with the players and asked insightful questions.
Lahore Qalandars gave an incredible performance in PSL 7 and are all set to set the pitch ablaze in season 8 as well. The eighth edition of PSL will take place in Karachi, Multan, Rawalpindi, and Lahore between February 13 and March 19.
