Suzuki Pakistan has really stepped up the game with their popular hatchback, the Alto. After adding some solid upgrades, especially in the safety department, they’ve now got something exciting for those who love the small car vibe. The big news? They’ve introduced a fresh new ‘Mineral Grey’ color option! Before, you were limited to Solid White, Pearl Black, and Silky Silver, but now you’ve got a sleek new shade to make your ride stand out.

The official statement from the company mentions that the ‘Mineral Grey’ color was already available in the Suzuki Cultus and Swift models. However, they have now decided to make this hue available in the Alto as well.

Upgrades – New Suzuki Alto

The Suzuki Alto has undergone some significant upgrades that improve both its functionality and safety features, making it an even more appealing choice for drivers. Let’s break down the key changes between the old and new models:

Design Upgrades – Outside

One of the most noticeable changes is the emblem placement, which has moved from the right side in the old model to the left side in the new version. This subtle shift in design is just one of the many exterior updates. The back trunk of the previous model was simple, while the new Alto now comes with a chrome garnish, giving it a more refined and modern look.

Enhancements Inside

Inside the cabin, the dashboard warnings have been upgraded. While the old Alto had a basic check engine light, the new Alto now offers more detailed warnings, including a seatbelt reminder and a seatbelt warning—two features that enhance driver and passenger safety. Speaking of safety, the new Alto also introduces ISOFIX anchors for child seats, which was not available in the previous version.

When it comes to windows, the old model had manual windows, while the new Alto offers all four power windows. Additionally, the new Alto includes pinch protection with an illumination feature (available in the VXR MT + AGS variant).

For braking safety, the old Alto only offered ABS in the VXL AGS model, but now, the new Alto comes equipped with ABS in both the VXR MT and VXL AGS variants. Another exterior enhancement is the relocation of the side turn indicators. In the old model, they were placed in the front fenders, but now they’re integrated into the side mirrors in the VXL AGS version, improving visibility and safety.

These thoughtful upgrades to the Suzuki Alto provide a more modern, safe, and convenient driving experience, making the car a more competitive choice in its class.
