Timely Tire Rotation can Extend the Life of Your car Tires
Things wear out if we don’t take care of them, whether it is living or non-living thing. So if you want your things to last longer and work perfectly take care of them efficiently. In this article, we will discuss how one can take care of tires which is the only part of a vehicle hitting the road.
At first, always remember that if you don’t rotate the tires, they will start to wear out and before you know the damage to tire has exceeded the limit of no return. So rotate the tires, it means moving the tires from one wheel to another—meaning move the front tires to the back and vice versa. Move them into any direction you want just rotate them.
Front and rear tires wear out differently, so if you rotate and replace them with each other the time which they wear out would be equal to each other and also the time they last will eventually get longer.
The most important point which is eminent to mention here is that the front tires tend to wear out more quickly from their outside edges if placed at the same spot.
When to rotate the tires:
Rotate tires between 7000 to 10000 kilometers. However, some of the auto manufacturers recommend rotating the tires at the time you change the oil of the car—meaning every after 3000 kilometers. But this is not very feasible.
In conclusion, I would like to say that it is up to you when you rotate the tires. However, always rotate the tires for smooth driving experience and for the tire to last long. Most of our local cars come with General tires. And General Tyres also recommends to rotate tires periodically.
