Tips for Buying Car Batteries in Pakistan

Before making your purchase, here are a few helpful tips to ensure you get the best value and performance from your new battery:

  • Check your car manual or existing battery to confirm the correct size (Ah rating), terminal layout, and voltage (usually 12V for cars). Using the wrong battery type can damage your electrical system.
  • Fresher batteries perform better and last longer. Avoid using batteries that have been stored for more than six months.
  • Stick with trusted brands like Osaka, AGS, Exide, Volta and Daewoo. They offer better quality, service, and warranty coverage across Pakistan.
  • Battery prices vary from city to city and shop to shop. Always check multiple vendors or platforms, such as PakWheels Autostore, before finalising your purchase.
  • A good car battery should come with a warranty of at least 6 to 12 months. Keep the warranty card safe and ensure the seller fills it out.
  • If you live in very hot or cold areas, choose a battery designed for extreme temperatures. Maintenance-free batteries perform better in urban stop-and-go traffic.
  • Select a seller or brand that offers installation, testing, and post-sales support. It can save you time and headaches in the long run.

Yes if it is public demand then no issue, but both are same in each and every way, just a stamp of label.
