“Toyota Belta is a Budget Friendly Sedan” – Sami From Unique MicroFilms
Today we’re back with the owner’s review of Sami’s Belta, who is a well-renowned YouTuber. This is a 2007 Toyota Belta and was imported in 2013. It comes with a 1.0 liter 3 cylinder 1KR-FE engine, generating 71hp and 94Nm of torque, while a 1.3-liter engine was also offered. The engine power is transmitted through the front wheels with a CVT transmission. Toyota Belta 1.0 X braking system includes a drum at the rear and a V disk at the front
Purchase Decision
As his first car, the owner was looking for a car that had ample space, ideally a sedan, and the main deciding factor was an automatic transmission. The owner did not consider local cars because of low build quality, in which Belta had the upper hand and proved to be value to money.
Salient Features in Toyota Belta
The Toyota Belta is an entry-level sedan but has all the practical features, including power steering, power windows, retractable mirrors, 2 airbags, ABS brakes, adjustable headlights, analogue instrument cluster with a MID display. It has all the basic features that the owner needs and seems satisfied.
AC Performance
According to the owner, AC performance is very good, and it provides excellent throw and cooling even in harsh weather conditions. It has a single-zone analogue climate control, sufficient for front and rear passengers.
Fuel average of Toyota Belta
Fuel consumption of the Belta is good as the engine is small in displacement. The owner gets an average of 12 to 13 km/l combined.
On highways, this average may come down at higher speeds as the 1.0-liter engine is small and has to be highly revved, requiring more power.
Storage Spaces
Being a sedan, the Belta has good boot capacity, and it can carry ample luggage for long journeys; the interior also has compartments with a decent-sized glove box.
