Locally Assembled Toyota Car Prices Hiked
On February 14th, Toyota increased its car prices third time in last 30 days. The company said that these indicative prices are purely provisional, and are subject to change. The major reason of this third hike is the devaluation of PKR against the US dollar, IMC asserted.
Interestingly the episode is not just limited to the price hikes but car sales. As per PAMA report car sales also observed a slump of 65%. And now, the new price hike series will further hurt already dwindling sales charts.
This is the price of 5 Hyundai Sonata 2.5L engine or
this is the price of 15 Proton Saga Ace variant or
this is the price of 5 Kia Sorento 2.4 L AWD or
this is the price of 3 Kia Carnival executive with 8 seats 1 400 L of cargo space and V6 engine with a longer warranty.
Toyota should assemble it locally like Hyundai Sonata to shine a little bit with a reasonable price, Honda should do the same with the accord.
For the moment they are better options…
