After the car giants around the world are inclined to say goodbye to fuel-powered engines, Toyota also took its turn – unveiled its first electric sedan, bZ3, for the Chinese market.
We can also assume it is the company’s second pure electric car after the bZ4X SUV, company stopped its production in the face of persisting mechanical issues.
Reports have revealed that the car is produced with the collaboration of Chinese automakers like BYD and FAW Group. And; it is pertinent to mention that the car will only be allowed to be sold in the Chinese market – carries the capacity to compete with Tesla model 3.

First, talking about its dimensions, Toyota bZ3 is 4725mm wide, 1835mm wide, and 1475mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2880mm.

At the same time, the side profile carries sharp character lines, large multi-spoke alloy rims, and a bulging c-pillar. Coupled with taillights running across its width, the rear profile exhibits a different design.

The upper side of the front looks almost the same as 10th generation Honda Civic, the only difference is the angle of head lights and bar type plastic over them.
One quick clarification. This was not built in “collaboration” with BYD or FAW. This was built BY BYD for Toyota. The only input Toyota has is a few styling suggestions. Rest all the tech all the hardware/software is all BYD. We all know what happened with Toyota’s first try to make an EV. The wheels keep falling off. Toyota knows it is way behind the rest of the EV mobility industry.
The best tagline for this car can be “Toyota by BYD”.

I wonder if the word of an unsure man claiming B.Y.D. or F.A.W., must be taken seriously because firstly, both companies are different secondly, research about collaboration and then comment about it. Thirdly, Toyota has a joint venture with F.A.W. under which Toyota is producing for F.A.W., Corolla Levin remember? Moreover, Toyota has a joint venture with B.Y.D. lastly, who on earth told you that Toyota supplied styling only? Were you part of the agreement that preceded collaboration or is it your brain supposing it happening on an unconnected event?
By the way, Bz4’s design anomaly caused the risk of wheels coming off, in reality the wheels never came off because Toyota recalled it before any such instance even happened so that is another lie under your belt. Anyway, if this instance is to be counted what then about battery replacement activity still being conducted by B.Y.D. or that does not count?
Yet, Pakistanis are wondering why Pakistani government is allegedly lying, people form the government, and when people, base of government, cannot stop themselves from lying how then government coming from people can avoid doing the activity?
