Video – Made in Afghanistan Supercar “Unveiled”
Made in Afghanistan supercar “Mada9” may be the most famous car nowadays in both Pakistan and Afghanistan. The vehicle went viral on social media back in November when its photos and videos were shared online. The stylish car looked promising. Then on December 30, the manufacturers did a test drive of the car on the snowy roads of Kabul, making it more popular among petrolheads.
The interest increased even more when MG Pakistan poster boy Javed Afridi offered cooperation to Afghanistan on this car. And now there is another update on the car.
Made in Afghanistan supercar “Unveiled”
Now, the Afghan government’s top official, former spokesperson of the Taliban, and current UN representative of the government, Suhail Shaheen, has tweeted about this vehicle. In his tweet, he shared a video of the car, writing, “Unveiling ceremony of a car made by an Afghan engineer M. Raza Mohammadi.”
Shaheen urged “all qualified Afghan youths should rise to the occasion to play their innovative role in the reconstruction and development of Afghanistan.”

Once again, the makers have yet to share any specs, features, or power options of this supercar. Although it looked extremely chic from the exterior. Some also believe that this is an assembled product of different vehicles, especially the engine and interior. We have to wait a bit longer for the official reveal of its options.
Afghan technicians and IT experts developed the supercar “Mada 9”. As per media reports and videos on social media, the car was made by Afghanistan’s Navavari Center of Technical and Vocational Education from scratch. It’s a product of collaboration between the Afghan IT ministry, Afghanistan Innovation Center, and ENTOP. The ENTOP CEO, Muhammad Raza Ahmadi, said his company has been developing this prototype for the last five years. He claimed they would display it in a car exhibition in Qatar in December; however, there have yet to be such reports.
