In Russia, local use dash-cam recorders to tape if they ever go through some crazy incidents, so in court, they have video evidence to provide for since the court has asked a lot of times for solid evidence and what better evidence can be provided than a dash-cam recording.
The car here was traveling in a jolly good mood at the right pace when they saw a Russian fighter jet, identified as a SU-27 fly just meters above their car shaking it and the passengers but like everybody else, the passengers of the car enjoyed it because it is awesome.
Russian Air Force officials have yet to explain why this happened although internet is arguing whether it is fake or real since the sound comes before the jet.
