It is good news for Hyundai Elantra lovers as Hyundai Nishat is offering a new feature. According to a notification by the company, it has introduced a new 8-inch Infotainment System along with a Connected Car Application (MyHyundai) for the sedan.

The company further said that a new infotainment system and car application would provide customers an added value against competitors. “Customers getting the vehicle with new AVN will get a free subscription for MyHyundai for first 3 months with features like Location sharing, Maps, Alerts, and Geofencing,” the notification read.

Furthermore, Nishat stated that it is dispatching the invoiced units with a new system at all dealerships. Nishat requested dealerships to take orders accordingly.

Hyundai Elantra With New Feature

As per the company, the new feature will be available in units dispatched from February 14th, 2022. It has further requested the dealerships to clearly communicate that this change will apply to new units.

Hyundai-Nishat will remove the units of Elantra with old AVN from the display. “The invoiced units will be handed over to the customers immediately to avoid any conflict,” the notification read. The new vehicles will only be displayed  once customers receive the old AVN vehicles.

Is there a Price Hike?

The good thing is that there is no mention of price increase because most of the companies hike rates with every new feature. No doubt, Hyundai Elantra has emerged as a solid competitor for Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic since its launch. The new feature will further increase this competition, which is good for consumers.

The new option will increase the comfort and convenience of the driver and passengers as they can enjoy music on infotainment system. Meanwhile, they will get help from the maps and geofencing.
