The expected launch of new Honda City has created a serious buzz in the local market. The company has not revealed the specs and features, official launch date or actual price of the car, still the company has booked around 7,000 units of new City, reportedly. Last week, the car was also spotted on motorway in Pakistan, increasing the excitement.
And now, we are here with the expected price of this new car. As per our sources, the rate of 1200cc is Rs27,25000. Furthermore, we think that the spotted car was 1200cc CVT, meaning 1200cc with Manual Transmission can be around Rs2,525,000. The reason behind our guess is that the price of CVT is around Rs2,00,000.
By this calculation, we can say that the price of 1500cc variants will be around Rs30-lacs and 1500cc Aspire would be around Rs32-lacs.
Variants of New Honda City
Honda City is now available in five variants. Two of them have a 1200cc engine and the other three come with 1500cc powertrain. The 1.5L engine produces 118 hp and 145 Nm of torque. The 1.2L engine produces 89 hp and 114 Nm of torque. There are total two manual and three CVT transmission variants.
