The owner of the luxury car, Ernie, shared the photos of his new yellow McLaren on social media. The storm surge carried it away out of his garage.
Ernie shared the first post read, “Car went thru the garage.” In another post displaying the picture of his car with its winged door open, he wrote, “My hurricane supply car.” In a post on Tuesday, he posted a picture of his bright yellow McLaren parked next to Rolls-Royce in his garage.

On Thursday, he shared a video showing cars parked in the garage submerged almost up to the window with other items floating nearby. Why Ernie didn’t move his cars to a safe place before the Hurricane hit the state, is a question.
The post has 58,342 likes, with many users expressing regret in the comments section. A user wrote, “I’m so sorry, that’s heartbreaking,” whilst another user wrote, “I am so sorry to see that man.
The vehicle, worth around Rs. 22 crores, comes with a top speed of 350 kph and can go from 0 to 60 mph (96.5 kph) in just 2 seconds.

It is relevant to mention that Hurricane Ian is termed the fifth most powerful storm in the United States, leaving millions of people without power. As per recent reports, after pounding parts of Florida, the Hurricane strengthened and barreled toward the South Carolina coast.
