KPK Gov Considers Free Luxury Car Registration Offer
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Caretaker Minister for Labour, Excise, Taxation, and Narcotics Control, has stated that he is working towards providing free registration of up to 3000cc vehicles.
He had a meeting with the representatives of the Car Dealers Association Peshawar and the Communal School Teachers Association of the merged districts at his office. In this meeting, he talked about providing free registration of 3000cc cars to the people of KPK and to provide better facilities. He further mentioned that reforms are in the works, which will help the people of KPK and make their lives easier.
These reforms also include holding seminars to create awareness among the people regarding vehicle registration. As per the Caretaker Minister, the excise department will hold these seminars.
The meeting was attended by the representative delegation of the Car Dealers Association Peshawar, including President Baht Mir Jan Durrani, Chairman Haji Abid Khalil, General Secretary Sadiq Shah, and all sector presidents, while the Communal School Teacher Association from the merged districts included President Sadiq Ahmed and others.
During his remarks, the Caretaker Minister thanked both delegations and explained that his top priorities include the development, prosperity, and welfare of the people and providing the best and easiest services possible to the average citizen.
Further, he said the Excise Department of Punjab and the Excise Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) need to strengthen their relationship in order to solve all unresolved issues and ensure that this cooperation will be stable and sustainable.
