One after another good news from Motorway Police, with the hope to excel in their duties and services: Motorway police has acquired a piece of land in South Zone of the city on superhighway to accommodate all offices of law enforcement agencies that are currently being operated in a rented place.
On October 17, 2014 the groundbreaking ceremony at the site near Gulshan-e-Maymar was performed by the Inspector General (IG) Motorway Police, Zulfiqar Ahmed Cheema. He declared the event as the landmark achievement for the agency that had been facing severe administrative control problems for quite a long time due to temporary offices.
