Where the country’s top-selling car and companies’ fortunes seem reversed, Peugeot – the French carmaker in Pakistan, has a different story to present. Another automaker operating under the banner of Lucky Motor Company Limited (LMCL) in the country sold 269 Peugeot 2008 cars last month, marking a new high of a whopping 91 increase in its sales.
Reports have also revealed that Peugeot’s cars are easily available compared to others with prolonged delivery times. Peugeot 2008 looks customer’s first option, and the reason is ‘a low-price SUV’ equipped with modern features.
Features and Specifications
The crossover SUV has a 7-inch Floating Infotainment Touchscreen along with Single-Zone Auto Climate Control. It also has a Smart Key entry with a Push Start button and Cruise Control. These features show that it has multiple modern options and features in it.
The French car comes with 3-claw full LED headlights and LED DRLs. Coming to the wheel size, it has 17-inch Alloy Wheels in it. The company also offers a Panoramic Sunroof – surely a great feature.
The car is 4158mm Long, 1740mm Wide and 1557mm High with a 2538mm Wheelbase. Further, the Ground Clearance of the car is 170mm.
Peugeot comes with 1200cc MPI Turbo Engine which produces 130hp and 230Nm torque, mated with 6-Speed Auto Transmission with Front Wheel Drive (FWD).
