Taking a final lap, Suzuki has introduced an exclusive edition, “Swift Sport ZC33S,” Final Edition, which has a limited-production model featuring a few special touches and is exclusive to the Japanese market. It comes with unique features and design enhancements that distinguish it from the standard Swift Sport (1.4-liter turbocharged version in Japan).

Although it’s not available in Pakistan, we’re pretty sure there will be that one chill guy who will import this trim to Pakistan in the future.

Here’s a quick glance review.

Exterior

The Final Edition’s exterior features a gloss black grille, 17-inch black alloy wheels, and red brake calipers. The tailgate has a red and black “Sport” emblem, and the C-pillars feature unique decals. These changes differentiate the Final Edition from the standard model, but the overall design remains essentially unchanged from the version introduced in 2017; decals and Sports badging are prominent on almost every angle of the car.

It’s mostly a cosmetic job, with decals and badges all over. It is essentially the same design as 2017’s Swift Sport.

Interior Badging

Inside, the Final Edition includes aluminum-style inserts with a “heat gradation” effect on the dashboard, door cards, and center tunnel. The passenger side features “Sport” lettering, while the area near the gearbox has a “ZC33S powered by Suzuki” badge. The bucket seats with red stitching, aluminum pedals, and basic cabin layout remain the same. Optional accessories such as additional aero elements, headlight garnishes, and a fuel lid cover are also available for further customization.

The interior updates in the Final Edition feel like a half-hearted attempt to make it look special. Sure, the heat gradation effect and badges are nice touches, but they don’t add much to the overall experience. It’s the same old cabin with minor tweaks.

Engine and Performance

The car retains the 1.4-liter turbocharged engine that outputs 138 horsepower and 170 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle weighs 970 kg and remains front-wheel drive. Unlike the European version, which features a mild-hybrid powertrain, the Japanese-spec model is not electrified.

There are no mechanical or performance upgrades in the Final Edition. The power figures and drivetrain remain exactly the same, which makes this feel like any regular Swift Sport with a fancy badge.

Swift Sport Coming to the End

The Swift Sport ZC33S Final Edition will be produced between March and November 2025. Pricing starts at Japanese ¥2,329,800 (14,794 USD)  for the manual version and ¥2,401,300 (15,248 USD) for the automatic. Production of the standard Swift Sport will cease in February 2025, with both models available until stocks are sold out.

This Final Edition marks the conclusion of the ZC33S generation Swift Sport, with no announcement yet on a performance variant for the next generation. It is a limited-production model intended to close out the production run of a car that has been popular with enthusiasts.
