Toyota Yaris comes in as a replacement for the iconic 1.3-liter variants of Toyota Corolla, and it will be interesting to see how well the new entrant will turn out to be. Toyota Indus discontinued the XLi and GLi variants of Corolla to pave the way for the all-new Yaris in the local market. Toyota Yaris is being introduced in six different variants depending upon the engine capacity. In this article, we will look at how the new basic variant of Yaris stands as a replacement for the old XLi variant of Toyota Corolla.
