People spreading such videos are fooling everyone, the reason, until mid 90s rains such as these were very frequent in Karachi and yet nothing happened because back then properties were not built upon encroached land, nor were they piled high on natural waterways. It is therefore, people grabbing the land and then building property over it who are to be blamed for causing misery in low slung areas.
P.S. the faker can be identified easily by posting the label Karachi and Sind, Karachi is part of Sind just like Islamabad or Peshawar are of Punjab and KPK. Therefore team Pak wheels please act responsibly and do not post one side of the situation.

First the missing of water drainage system.
Second thing is the missing rainwater storage system, to use for agriculture.
Implementing those two things will resolve a lot of our issues.
