The Cholistan Desert Rally 2022 event was held from February 8th to February 13th, and as always, it was a huge success as almost 150 drivers took part in the race. It had nine categories, and here are the final results of the race.
Category A-Prepared
The winner of this category was Jaffar Magsi, who completed the race in 4:10:51, while the second position was got by veteran Nadir Magsi who crossed the finish line in 4:11:14. And at third, it was Asif Fazal Chaudhary, who completed the track in 4:15:57.
Category A-Stock
Mir Nawaz Dashti emerged victorious after completing the track in 2:18:53. Meanwhile, Bebark Baloch got the second position who completed the route in 2:20:58. And final driver on the podium was Zohaib Hussan, who finished the race in 2:21:19.
Category B-Prepared
Asad Hassan Khan won this category after he crossed the finish line in 4:28:27, while Saud Majeed grabbed the second position who completed the race in 4:32:30. The third position got by Owais Khakwani after completing the race in 4:33:59.
Category B-Stock
The winner of this category was Sultan Bahadur Aziz, who completed the race in 2:24:22. Bismillah Magsi grabbed second place after completing the track in 2:29:43. And at third, it was Rashid Goraya, who finished the race in 2:31:12.
Category C-Prepared
Hamal Hoth won this category as he finished the race in 4:50:51. At second, it was Mahmood Majeed, who crossed the finish line after 4:56:51. The last person on the podium was Muhmmad Ali Shah, who finished the race in 5:31:11.
Category C-Stock
Dawood Abbasi was the driver who got the top spot in this category as he finished the race at 2:36:28. Meanwhile, Munim Jhandir stood at second position after completing the track in 2:38:24. And at third, it was Animullah Khan, who crossed the finish line after 2:40:57.
Category D-Prepared
The first position holder of this category was Zafar Khan Baloch, who completed the track in 4:41:31. And at second, it was Umer Iqbal Kanju, who finished the race in 4:46:26. The final driver on the podium was Falak Sher Khan, who completed the race at 5:04:48.
Category D-Stock
Shakil Ahmad Burchundi won this category after completing the race in 2:34:56. At second, it was Taj Khan Mahar, who crossed the finish line after 2:37:31, and last but not least, it was Falak Sher Baloch, who completed the track in 2:40:42.
Category Women
Nida Wasti got the first position after completing the race in 1:27:34, while Palvasha Hayat Khan got second after finishing in 1:28:28.
