Today, multiple media outlets reported that Honda bike prices have been increased. According to a “notification” the prices are hiked up to Rs. 8,000. The notification read that the price of Honda’s most famous bikes, CD 70 and CG 125, saw a jump of Rs. 3,000 and Rs. 4,400 and now will cost Rs. 97,900 and Rs.  156,900, respectively.

As you know, we try our best to bring authentic news, so we contacted the company dealerships and this is what they told us.

No Price Increase!

As per the dealers, the company has not hiked the prices. “There is a notification circulating on social media which is totally fake,” the dealer said, adding that company hasn’t issued any such circular.

However, one of our sources claimed that company will increase the prices in near future. But today is not the day. So, dear PakWheelers, relax and take a sigh of relief for the moment.

Last Honda Bike Prices Hike

In November last year, Atlas Honda increased the bike prices, which was the 7th increase in 2021. The prices were increased up to Rs. 6,500 as Honda CD70 and Honda CG125 saw an increase of Rs. 4,000 and Rs. 5,000, respectively.

And these are the current prices of Honda bikes:

Continuous Price Hikes

As we told you earlier, the bike companies have  hiked the prices continuously in last couple of years and interestingly, they have not given any valid reason for it.  Still, rather surprisingly, Honda bikes registered record-high sales in October 2021. As per numbers, the company sold 125,031 bikes in that specific month, which is surprising. And it seems that people are ready to buy even expensive bikes by Honda.
