Hyundai Nishat and Sazgar – BAIC vehicles are making all the news so far from the Pakistan International Auto Show 2020, but alongside them, Pak Suzuki is also displaying its products at the assigned display outlet. The event is taking place at Lahore International Expo Center and already visited by thousands of people. Let’s quickly look at what Pak Suzuki has on offer at this mega-event.

Suzuki DR-Z 125L:

Interestingly, Pak Suzuki has also brought a dirt bike of the DR-Z series at the event. It’s equipped with a 4-stroke single-cylinder SOHC 125 cc engine mated to a 5-speed constant mesh transmission. DR-Z 125L is a stylish off-road package that inherits its sleek design from its RM-Z line-up. It has telescopic coil spring suspension at the front and link-type coil spring at the rear wheels. Along with this, the DR-Z 125L is provided with disc brakes at the front wheels of the off-road motorbike.

Suzuki Gixxer SF:

Suzuki Gixxer SF is the company’s Moto GP edition motorbike equipped with an ultra-light and robust 4-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled OHC 155 cc engine with a fuel injection system coupled with a 5-speed transmission. It delivers an output power of 10.4 kW at 8000 rpm and 14 Nm torque at 6000 rpm. The motorbike has an electric starter system with a smart digital meter. It comes with a maintenance-free 12 V, 3 Ah battery and disc brakes at the front and the back. The unit displayed at the PAPS 2020 is a special Moto GP edition in blue color.

Suzuki Jimny:

Pak Suzuki brings another attraction at the event in the shape of the 4th generation Suzuki Jimny placed on a self-made off-road base floor. The auto manufacturer introduced Jimny’s 4th generation in Pakistan last year, which is equipped with a robust 4-cylinder 16-valve 1.5L K15B petrol engine mated to a 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic part-time 4WD (ALL GRIP PRO) transmission. Its powerful engine produces a maximum output power of 75 kW at 6000 rpm and a maximum torque of 130 Nm at 4000 rpm. The vehicle is popular for its agility and rigid ladder frame. The auto manufacturer’s display outlet is also accompanied by its hot-selling entry-level 660 cc Alto. In the prolonged period of declining sales during the current fiscal year, Suzuki Alto has been the driving force of the company’s sales. It was introduced in the local market as a replacement for iconic Mehran in June last year. Suzuki Alto was also first unveiled at the last year’s PAPS, where it remained the attention of everyone attending the event. Suzuki Cultus, on the other hand, is also displayed at Pakistan International Auto Show 2020.
