Honda Civic EG
Honda Civic is a household name in Pakistan when it comes to luxury locally-manufactured automobiles. You can purchase a 1996 or earlier model of Honda Civic in this budget. This car has a 1600cc engine and will cost you a bit to maintain it. However, it is a proper family-size sedan having a spacious interior. It has features like power windows, power mirrors, power steering, power locks, and air conditioning.

Toyota Corolla 6th Generation
Toyota Corolla is known for its rugged and tough nature, and it lasts longer than you can imagine. You can buy the late 1980s Corolla or earlier models in this budget.
