Earlier this month, we reported that 100 Haval Jolion CBU units have arrived in Pakistan, with another 400 units of Jolion and 250 units of H6 on their way. That time, the company revealed its plans to start the delivery of these SUVs soon. The time has come; Haval Pakistan is now delivering the booked Haval Jolion to the customers.
As per Haval, deliveries have started in nine 3S dealerships across Pakistan. After all this wait, we are so ready to see Haval Jolion on the roads, are you?
A Recap of Haval Jolion
Haval, an automotive marque owned by the Chinese automaker Great Wall Motors, debuted in the Pakistani auto market in March 2021. The company brought two players from its SUV lineup, Haval Jolion and Haval H6.
Both cars won the hearts of Pakistani buyers with their beauty, so much so that Sazgar Engineering (Haval’s local partner) had to close the bookings within a week of their launch. The company reopened the bookings soon after, but with a price hike! The bookings for Jolion were closed shortly after, followed by another price jump.
After two consecutive price hikes, Haval Jolion is currently at Rs. 6,020,000. Even though Haval Pakistan hasn’t played it cool with the pricing of Jolion, the SUV makes up for it. Jolion is a true beauty, inside and out.
The car has a 1.5L turbocharged engine producing 147 hp and 220 Nm torque with a 7-speed DCT. There are LED headlights and DRLs, 18-inch alloy wheels, 8.6-inch MID display, 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless charging, paddle shifters, adaptive cruise control, sunroof, dual auto climate control, six airbags, ABS, Lane Assist, Traction Control, Auto Emergency Brakes, 360° Camera, Side Collision Warning, Blind Spot Monitoring, and so much more.
Already booked Jolion CBU units will soon find their homes. Others who want to get their hands on the SUV will have to wait for the bookings to open.
