The world is dealing with the aftermath of the global Coronavirus pandemic, so is the Pakistani auto industry. Late car deliveries have become a common issue for a number of car brands in Pakistan. First, we heard about the late car deliveries of Pak Suzuki. Then, Prince DFSK offered compensation to its customers over the delayed delivery of Glory 580 Pro. A few days ago, MG Motors issued a statement on late deliveries of MG HS and MG ZS. Looks like Changan Pakistan has also joined the club. The automaker has issued an official statement to inform its customers about the delay in the deliveries of vehicles.

Just like Suzuki, MG, and Prince DFSK, Changan Pakistan is also facing the issues of container shortage and port congestion. As a result, the company is struggling with the timely deliveries of its cars.

Changan Public Notice

Deliveries of Changan Karavan, M9, and M8 are late.

As per Changan Pakistan’s official statement, the deliveries of its commercial vehicles are late. The company has informed its customers that it’s working non-stop to minimize the delays in the deliveries of Changan Karavan, Changan M9, and Changan M8 as much as possible.

Deliveries of Alsvin will start at the end of March.

The good news is the company will start delivering its newly launched sedan at the end of this month. Customers who have booked Changan Alsvin will get their cars as per the company’s commitment.

The company has thanked its customers for their trust and patience. The public notice ends with an email and two contact numbers that customers can use to get more information about the matter.

Auto manufacturing companies in Pakistan are taking the responsible step of keeping their customers in the loop about the late deliveries of cars. Changan Pakistan has summarized it perfectly. “This pandemic is still testing us all. Only standing together as one, we will come out resilient.”
