Honda BR-V Prototype Unveiled At The 2015 Indonesia International Auto Show
Honda’s latest crossover vehicle the much anticipated BR-V has just been unveiled at the 2015 Indonesia International Auto show. The BR-V will era in a new form of seven seater vehicles for Honda as they describe it as a “new generation crossover utility vehicle” that combines the “appearance of an SUV and handling, utility and spacious cabin of an MPV.”
The Honda BR-V will come equipped with a 1.5 liter iVTEC engine rated at 120bhp and 145 Nm of torque paired with either a CVT gearbox or a 6 speed manual, which is actually the same sort of power train you get in the Honda City. The BR-V will come standard with prominent roof rails, wrap-around rear LED taillights and 16-inch wheels when it will go on sale in early 2016 with prices starting at around PKR 1.6 million.
The BR-V will also come with a host of safety features such as dual front airbags, ABS, EBD, Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) and a hill-start assist system should help this crossover if it ever needs to go offroad.
Their is no word yet on weather the BR-V will enter production in any markets besides India and Indonesia, however a 7 seater crossover vehicle priced at PKR 1.6 million would be a great choice to bring to Pakistan.
