The year 2023 has been a challenging one for the automobile industry, with many carmakers struggling to maintain steady production due to various disruptions. However, Lucky Motor Cooperation Limited (LMCL) has managed to keep up single-shift production and Kia sales despite import restrictions, according to the latest update from autojournal.pk. The high prices of cars this year have caused a sharp drop in demand, resulting in a significant decline in sales.

Despite the overall slump in the car industry, there seems to be a glimmer of hope for Lucky Motor Corporation’s Kia Sportage. The company’s flagship model continues to hold its ground as the most popular car in their lineup, with an impressive 413 units sold in February alone. This is a testament to Sportage’s enduring popularity among car buyers, despite the current market conditions.

The contrast with other models in the lineup is stark, with the Picanto, Stonic, and Sorento lagging far behind in terms of sales. Kia managed to sell only 163 Picantos, 53 Stonics, and 72 Sorentos in the same period. These numbers demonstrate that Sportage continues to be the company’s most successful model, driving up kia sales numbers and contributing to a 4% increase in total sales month-over-month (MoM).

To further entice potential customers, Lucky Motor Corporation has decided to introduce a new range of bold colors for their most popular models. According to the company’s recent announcement, the Picanto, Stonic, and Sportage will be getting fresh, exciting new shades, most of which are various hues of red. These colors will include the Fiery Red for the Picanto, Fiery Red and Rich Espresso for the Stonic, and Sunset Red for the Sportage.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding the car industry, Lucky Motor Corporation is doing its best to stay afloat and keep production stable despite import restrictions. Kia’s Sportage sales figures are certainly a bright spot for the company, and the addition of new colors may attract even more buyers to their showrooms. Only time will tell if Kia can continue to weather the storm and maintain their momentum in the coming months.
