Suzuki cars to get pricier by upto PKR 45,000

On the 31st of July 2018, Pak Suzuki sent the notice to its authorized dealers regarding increasing vehicles’ prices. This is going to be the fourth time that Suzuki has increased the car prices, this year. According to the circular, which the company has sent to its dealers, the new prices are as follow:

The new prices will come in effect from the 1st of August, 2018.  Moreover, the maximum price increase is of worth PKR 45,000, which on Mehran VXR.

Previous prices of Suzuki vehicles are as follow:

Moreover, Pak Suzuki has already announced that it will be halting the production of Mehran’s VX variant, from November end, this year. Furthermore, the company has also posted its profit for the last quarter and according to it, its net profit is down by a massive 43% to PKR 394 million.

Keeping in view Suzuki’s latest move, one can argue that Honda Atlas, Toyota IMC, and Al-Haj FAW might also surge the prices of their vehicles, sooner or later.

  1. wow seriously this company must be banned, when the dollar prices came down, they increased the prices again and on what product received max increase??? me-heran! wow,,, please if imran khan can do anything just ban this company..

  2. So How much will Suzuki & the other Two Major Assemblers going to Cut their prices after the massive Drop in DOLLAR Value ?!?

    Any Guesses ?

    Surely we need to pressure them to do so after 3 prices hikes on average.

    Even if they do NOT reduce prices, they still want Imported Cars to Be Banned Completely, is this for the betterment of the country or its citizens or just for the betterment of Quarterly Profits ?

  3. Was 128 plus and is now around 124

    Atleast 4 rupees difference already so if stands at this point, a price reduction should be implemented.

    Unfortunately consumers looking at past trends are already skeptical about it.

  4. Awam bhi apna nahi soachti .is thread per kitnae log ha jo poora zoar laga rahae ha kae yeh prices justified . Yeh sirf is forum per nahi .aisae log poorae Pakistan main bharae hua ha . Jiska paisa haram ka ho usko na apnae rupaye ki qadar hoti ha aur na hi yeh perashani ke yeh paisa main zia to nahi kar raha .
